Change of Mind Returns
Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 30 days of having received it and can opt for a store credit or a full refund.
We do require the following conditions to be met:
- the returned product(s) to be unused and in the original packaging. An additional handling fee will be deducted from your refund for any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging or in original condition. In adequate packing for shipment back to us is included.
- Please use the packing material the item was sent with and ensure the products are packed sufficiently to avoid damage in shipping the product back to us.
- Items marked as Final Clearance items on the date of purchase are not eligible for a change of mind return.
Small Items Returns
For customers in Australia, small items are eligible for free online returns via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. A small item is considered to fit into an A2 5kg prepaid satchel. Please submit a return request to our Customer Service Team to begin the return process.
Customers outside of Australia who wish to return product/s will incur a postage fee that will be deducted from your refund or store credit. We do have a US address available to accept returns from customers in USA or Canada. Please submit a return request to our Customer Service Team to assist with organising your return. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our team.
Large Item Returns
Free online return bookings are not available for large items such as hammocks, hammock chairs and belly baskets. Returning large items will incur a postage fee that will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
For any large item, please submit a return request to our Customer Service Team to assist with organising your return.

Faulty or damaged returns
If you have received an item you believe is faulty or damaged, please us within 30 days of receiving the item for a replacement (if available), store credit or a refund. Please submit a damage / faulty return request to our Customer Care Service team to assist with organising your return.
You may be required to send us photos of the damage.
If the product has become of unacceptable quality due to any of the below reasons, we will not refund or replace a product:
- fair wear and tear
- misuse or failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
- using it in an abnormal way
- buyer did not take reasonable care of the product
Once we receive the returned items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the order less any cost for shipping the items to you.
For large items, and international customers we will also deduct the return shipping cost from the amount that you paid.
Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order.
